July 2009
Like us, no doubt, you are bombarded with appeals from many worthy causes. You have to prioritize. We think the vision of the Center for Process Studies (CPS) is desperately needed for the redirection of human efforts. We rejoice in the growing interest in process thought around the world, with the organization of new societies and centers, most recently in Congo. As our opportunities grow, our income needs to increase. So we join the chorus of requests for help.
CPS continues its mission of exploring the relevance of process thought to many fields of reflection and action. This mission includes the journal Process Studies and the newsmagazine Process Perspectives, expansion of CPS library resources, and support for projects in China, Korea, and Latin America. CPS staff consult with visiting scholars and with students who come to Claremont to study and to explore vocational interests. To continue the Center’s mission we need your help.
New technology has made giving easier. Donations to CPS can be made using an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) system. You can make a monthly contribution directly from your bank account to the CPS bank account for a specified period of time—just like National Public Radio or Public television!
If you wish to use the EFT option, please go to the following secure page: https://www.ctr4process.org/forms/donate-eft1.shtml.
You may also make a single donation, using either a Visa or MasterCard, at the following secure page: https://www.ctr4process.org/forms/donate-1time.shtml.
If you prefer to donate over the phone, please call the Center, 909-621-5330, and ask for either John Sweeney or Steve Hulbert.
Your contributions to the Center for Process Studies are greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
John B. Cobb, Jr.
