Abstract

Recent biological findings regarding the nature of the cell and the origin of life have not disturbed the view that God is the author of life.  Further, these findings give us an insight into a future evolution of which we can participate in the creation.  Teilhard’s concepts of evolution and the omega point can help us in articulating a Christian understanding of these biological findings.
