Reitz, Helga.  “Praxis and Eschaton: an inquiry into theologies of hope and of liberation concerning a theory of the ultimate in political experience.”   (Unpubl.)

Abstract

In order to formulate a theology for Christian socialism, theologians are confronted with the demand to give up their preoccupation with interpreting reality and begin to transform it.  A methodology for such a theology must be 1—historical or contextual, 2—empirical or experiential, and 3—critical as dialectically related to praxis.  These requirements can best be met by grounding theology on a process philosophy of religion.
