Noda, Matao. "Nishida and Whitehead.” (Unpubl.)
Abstract
Whitehead and Nishida both emphasize that the one and the many as paradigmatic in actuality that process is intrinsic to reality, and that God is relational, despite Nishida's tendency to pantheism. They differ in that Whitehead is logically oriented whereas Nishida finds his basis in religion and accepts the paradoxical and self-contradictory as essential to reality.
