Abstract
Bergson grounds freedom in our immediate conscious perception, which in turn is intimately related to memory and spatial relationships. Ultimately, freedom is based on an adequate physical base, which implies that the entirety of physical and psychic reality is the basis for freedom. [Bruce Epperly, 3 Nov. 1978]
