visiting scholars...

Because of our unique library holdings and other resources, scholars from around the world often find that it is most productive to their studies if they are able to come to the Center for Process Studies. Once at the Center they have full access to the Center's staff, library, special archives, seminars and conferences, and consultations with other scholars and students interested in process thought.

Since 1973, scholars from around the world have conducted research at CPS, located on the campus of the School of Theology at Claremont. We provide access to the premier collection of materials in the tradition of process philosophy stemming from A. N. Whitehead and Charles Hartshorne, and the tradition of process theology developed by John B. Cobb, Jr., David Ray Griffin, William A. Beardslee, Daniel Day Williams, Marjorie Hewitt Suchocki, and Mary Elizabeth Mullino Moore. We welcome scholars working at post-doctoral, doctoral, masters, and senior thesis levels.
